ACCESSING YOUR SEAT
Fans are encouraged to enter the stadium on the side their game tickets indicate. (Suite ticket holder must enter through stair towers and Club ticket holders must access stadium at their designated gates at Gates 1, 2, 5 & 6.
Each individual is encouraged to hold their own ticket to assist in expediting the scanning process. Game tickets will be electronically scanned by gate attendants. Everyone is encouraged to use the appropriate breezeway when going to your seat. Excessive movement on the part of spectators during the game is a common complaint to our game-day event staff. As a courtesy to other patrons, please remain in your seats until the play has ended.
ADA ASSISTANCE
It is important to offer help and assistance to individuals with mobility issues. Be knowledgeable on seating, access, and shuttle services for these individuals. Go to www.okstate.com/gameday for additional information.
ADMISSIONS
All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into Boone Pickens Stadium.
Ticket holders are restricted to sitting in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and University policies, as well as State and Federal laws. OSU reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of unused purchased tickets. All persons entering the stadium are subject to search.
ALCOHOL
Intoxicated or alcohol impaired individuals may be denied admission into the stadium, or subsequently required to leave upon request. Violators are subject to applicable legal action. Such ejections or denial of admission are not grounds for refunds.
ANIMALS
Service animals (dogs) for guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals are prohibited. All service animals (dogs) must remain under the control of the handler at all times.
ANNOUNCEMENTS OR MESSAGES
No announcement or message will be made over the public address system unless an emergency is present. Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an OSU Police Officer, OSU Safety personnel or event staff. Individuals not in attendance of the game can make these requests by contacting the OSUPD at 405-744-6523.
ATHLETIC CENTER/HERITAGE HALL
The Athletics Center is not open on game day to the general public.
ATM MACHINE
ATM machines are located by the escalators (north and south plaza level) in Boone Pickens Stadium. Club and suite ticket holders have access to ATM machines located on the north and south club levels.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are available in all public restrooms in Boone Pickens Stadium. They are located in the handicapped accessible bathroom stalls.
BABY STROLLERS/CARRIERS
Baby strollers/carriers are not allowed in Boone Pickens Stadium.
BACKPACKS
Backpacks are not allowed in Boone Pickens Stadium.
BAG SCREENING
Oklahoma State University has a clear bag policy at all ticketed athletic events. Small clutch purses no larger than 6”x 9“and clear bags 12”x 6”x12” are permitted. Fans are limited to one bag per person with a small clutch purse. All allowable items will be checked prior to entering the stadium. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. There are no provisions to check items at the gates. OSU will not be responsible for any item left at the gate. Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspection of allowable items will be denied entry into the stadium. Please see the “Stadium Policies” section for items that are not permitted in the stadium

BANNERS, FLAGS OR SIGNS
Banners, signs or flags are not permitted inside Boone Pickens Stadium. Use of banners, signs and flags is limited to university recognized sponsored spirit groups.

Cowboys Radio Network
Every game of the 2024 Cowboy Football season can be heard throughout the state of Oklahoma on the Cowboy Radio Network. A list of stations is included on the athletics website and feature our three main flagship stations in Tulsa (KFAQ 1170AM), Stillwater (KSPI 93.7FM) and Oklahoma City (KXXY 96.1FM).
Dave Hunziker enters his 24 th season as the play-by-play voice of the Cowboys, while John Holcomb, sports director at CBS affiliate KOTV in Tulsa, will provide expert analysis for his 19 th season. Robert Allen will provide sideline reports for the 23 rd year and co-host the postgame show. Cowboy Sports Talk, a call-in show with Coach Mike Gundy, is hosted by Dave Hunziker and airs weekly throughout the season. GAME BROADCASTS
Network broadcasts for all Cowboy football games begins 120 minutes prior to kickoff. The pre-game show includes interviews with Coach Gundy, Cowboy assistant coaches and players. CAMERAS/VIDEO CAMERAS
Cameras (no camera cases) are permitted for personal use as long as their use does not create a disturbance or obstructs the view of other fans. Any commercial photography is prohibited. Video cameras, tripods, monopods and cameras with lens longer than 3 inches (detachable or non-detachable) are prohibited inside Boone Pickens Stadium.
CHAIR BACKS & SEAT CUSHIONS
Chair backs are not permitted to be brought into the stadium. Seat cushions are permitted as long as they are 16” wide or smaller. No back or metal frame is permitted.

CONCESSIONS
Concession stands will open at the same time patrons are allowed to enter the stadium (2 hours prior to kick-off for premium and 90 minutes for general gates). The concession stands are located throughout the stadium on the concourse and upper concourse.
CONCESSIONS/MERCHANDISE (INSIDE/OUTSIDE STADIUM FENCE)
Companies are prohibited from issuing free or sample products without being properly licensed by OSU. Solicitations, sales or other commercial activities, including the sale and distribution of unauthorized food, is not allowed on campus except as approved by OSU and/or Cowboy Sports Properties. Vendor spaces are available on game day through Cowboy Sports Properties.
CONDUCT
The NCAA, Big 12 Conference and Oklahoma State University promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and fans. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Fans are reminded they are prohibited from entering the playing field before, during and after the playing contest. Negative comments directed at student-athletes, coaches, game officials, team representatives, or other fans are subject to ejection. COOL ZONES
Cool zone areas are located in the west endzone on the main concourse level.
Oklahoma State University policies prohibit the use of drones (Remote Controlled Model Aircraft/Unmanned Aerial System) on university property without prior approval from Oklahoma State University’s UAS Safety Officer and meet all the requirements of the FAA.
ELECTRONIC TICKET SCANNING
All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets which have been scanned upon entry cannot be reused by another fan. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the OSU Athletic Ticket Office.
ELEVATORS
Elevators are for individuals who have the proper game ticket (club or suite level ticket) or proper game credential or need elevator for mobility needs.
EMERGENCY CALL BOXES
For the safety of our fans, there are emergency call boxes located in parking lots and various points around campus. There are blue lights on the top of the emergency call boxes. Pushing the call button activates a direct phone line with OSU Police that pinpoints the caller’s location.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES
Medical and safety personnel are assigned to the stadium. For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher, OSU Police or Gameday EMS. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know where the emergency is occurring.
ESCALATORS
Escalators are located in the middle of the north and south stadium and in the west end of the stadium. They are open to the general public to reach the upper concourse level. Only individuals with the proper game ticket or credential may use the escalators to access levels above the upper concourse.
EXPRESS GATES
Fans may enter through designated express gates located at Gates 1,2,3,4,5,6. These gates will have signage above the gates to identify them. Express gates allow quick entry into the stadium for individuals who do not have items that need to be inspected. No purses, bags, diaper bags, fanny packs, backpacks, camera cases, blankets, etc. will be allowed through these entrances. Clear bags may not enter through an express gate.
EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, stadium staff will utilize the public address system and the stadium video board to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions. In the unlikely event of an evacuation, please remain calm, assist others and follow the instructions of the game day event staff.
FAMILY/SPECIAL NEEDS RESTROOMS
Family/special needs restrooms are located by the elevators in the stadium. They are located both on the concourse and upper concourse levels. These restrooms are all wheelchair accessible.
FAN ASSISTANCE BOOTH
The Fan Assistance Booths are located on the Plaza level, in the middle of the stadium, on the north and south side. These booths will be open two (2) hours prior to kick-off through the end of the game. Fans may go to these booths for lost and found and game day assistance. Ticket exchanges will be handled at ticket office locations.
FIELD ACCESS
Spectators are prohibited from entering the playing field before, during or after the playing contest unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
GAME DATES AND TIMES
OSU game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date or game time is changed, this information will be posted on www.okstate.com/gameday.
GAME DAY EXPERIENCE
“Hall of Fame Block Party” opens 3-hours prior to kick-off on the north side of Boone Pickens Stadium. This family fun area features: inflatable games, face painting, live music, the Cowboy Vision and “Made in Oklahoma” crafters.
GATES OPEN
Suite and Club ticket holders may enter the stadium (2) Hours prior to kick off. All general fans may enter the stadium 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Suite ticket holders should enter the stadium through the stair towers and club seat ticket holders should enter the stadium through the designated gate entrances at Gates 1,2,5 &6. Signage is posted above these gates.
HALL OF FAME AVENUE
Hall of Fame Avenue (between Knoblock Street & Washington Street) will be closed to vehicular traffic on home football game days.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the stadium video boards when possible.
LOST AND FOUND PROCEDURES
The lost and found is located in the Fan Assistance Booths. All items that have been turned over to stadium personnel or police will be taken to one of the Fan Assistance Booths which are located by the escalators on the concourse level (north and south side of the stadium). Items not picked up by the end of the game will be turned over to the OSU Athletic Game Management the following Monday. Individuals who have lost items should email athletics.lostfound@okstate.edu to inquire about lost items.
LOST CHILDREN
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact an event staff person, OSU Police or OSU Safety personnel to notify them their child is missing. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or gameday or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location. Parents should pre-determine an area both inside and outside the stadium to meet in the event they get separated.
MEDICAL MARIJUANA
Federal law prohibits the use, possession, distribution or cultivation of marijuana for any reason on the OSU campus. Federal law also prohibits the use and distribution of marijuana for any reason at events authorized or supervised by OSU. Even with the evolving state law permitting marijuana for medical reasons, it is important for everyone to know they cannot consume, smoke or possess marijuana on campus even though they might have a card or prescription permitting them to do so.
MOTORIZED VEHICLES
Motorized vehicles (golf carts, gators, etc.) must be street legal to drive on city streets and the OSU Campus.
NOISEMAKERS
Big 12 Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought into the stadium.

PARKING – ADA / MOBILITY
ADA parking with shuttle service to the stadium is located in the OSU parking garage on Monroe Street. To qualify a vehicle must display a valid state ADA placard, and permit-holder must be present in vehicle upon entry. Shuttle service will be available to assist in transport to the stadium beginning 3 hours prior to game time with return trips beginning at the 4th quarter of the game. The pick-up and drop off point will be located at the OSU Multimodal Transportation Terminal located directly south of the Monroe Street Parking Garage and the West Endzone parking lot. PARKING - CREDENTIALS
Appropriate POSSE parking credentials must be shown to parking staff to gain entry into POSSE parking lots. POSSE parking credentials will be scanned when entering the lot.
PARKING - DOWNTOWN
Downtown Stillwater offers free public parking with a complimentary stadium shuttle. Courtesy shuttle service from downtown (7th and Lewis) to the stadium (Hall of Fame and Knoblock) begins 2 hours prior to kickoff and continues throughout post-game, with pick-up/drop-off approximately every 15 minutes. PARKING - POSSE LOT LOCATIONS AND HOURS
Due to construction on and around campus, lots are subject to change. POSSE passenger vehicle parking lots are open at 8:00 a.m. for home football games being played on Saturday. Please visit www.okstate.com/parking to view POSSE parking lot locations.
PARKING REPLACEMENT PASSES
Parking replacement passes can be obtained by calling the POSSE office at 405.744.7301. Replacement passes will take precedence over original passes. Single game reprint are at POSSE discretion.
PARKING - RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
Reserved POSSE RV parking is in lot #74 which is located at Hall of Fame and Walnut. A State Ranger permit is required. A reserved lot for POSSE RV parking is available in lot #81 located on McDonald, north of Hall of Fame. A specific POSSE permit is required. Please call the POSSE office at 405.744.7301 for more details. Limited parking for visitors and non-POSSE permitted RVs not requiring hook-ups can be found on the north edge of campus at lots #84 and #112 located north of Hall of Fame and east of Willis. All RV lots on University property will open the evening prior to each home game at 5:30 pm. The Athletic Communications Office will coordinate with Cowboy Sports Properties in developing and ordering game programs for the Athletic Department. Athletic Communications Office will disperse game programs to the various spots for Athletic Department use.
RE-ENTRY
Boone Pickens Stadium has a no re-entry policy. Once a guest leaves the stadium, they will not be permitted back in. Guests should plan accordingly and bring everything they need to the stadium upon initial entry.

Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the concourse and upper concourse levels. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

SPECIAL SEATING REQUIREMENTS
Fans requiring special seating, such as wheelchair and companion seating should contact the Ticket Office at 877/255-4678 at least 24 hours prior to the event. Wheelchair/companion seating is available throughout the stadium. A POSSE donation is required for certain seating locations. Patrons should inform the ticket office if they require accessible seating when ordering tickets. Tickets for accessible seating will have a “WC” on the ticket. Unused seats will NOT be sold or made available to individuals without a need.
STADIUM CONCOURSES
Once inside Boone Pickens Stadium, fans are encouraged to utilize the concourses located on the plaza and mezzanine levels (under the seating bowl) to move around the stadium. Fans are also encouraged to utilize the proper breezeway when going to their seat.
STADIUM PLAZA - EAST
The East Plaza will be restricted to individuals who have the proper game credentials, East Plaza tickets or GIA suite holders to access the building. It will not be used for fans to move from one side of the stadium to the other.
SUITES AND CLUB SEATS
Suite and Club seat holders must enter the stadium through special designated gates. Suite holders can enter the stadium through one of the stair towers and will be directed to an elevator to take them to the suite level.
South Club Ticket Holders must enter the stadium through the designated gate entrances at Gate 1 & 2; North Club Ticket Holders must enter the stadium through the designated gate entrances at Gate 5 & 6 and use the escalators to access the club level. All gates open 2 hours prior to kick-off.
Sky loft (# 501 & 515) ticket holders are required to enter the designated gate entrance at Gate 5 and use the escalator to the club level. Sky loft (# 551 & 565) ticket holders are encouraged to enter the designated gate entrance at Gate 1 and use the escalator to the club level. Mega suite ticket holders are required to use stair tower #2 (south mega suite) and #5 (north mega suite) to get to their suite. The mega suite is located on the club level (west end). You must have the proper game ticket to enter these areas.
TAILGATING
Tailgating is a cherished tradition and an important part of the game day experience at Oklahoma State University. We are committed to promoting a safe environment and the best possible game day experience for everyone who visits OSU Athletics venues, OSU and Stillwater.
In order to ensure a safe and family friendly atmosphere tailgating is limited to designated areas on campus. Please view Oklahoma State University's tailgating maps to view public available and prohibited areas for tailgating along with tailgating guidelines.
THE WALK
Join Head Coach Mike Gundy and the Cowboys as they make the traditional pre-game walk along Hester Street from the Atherton Hotel in the OSU Student Union to Boone Pickens Stadium. The Walk begins 2 hours prior to kickoff. Go to www.okstate.com for updated route information and game day schedules.
THROWING OF ITEMS
The throwing of any items is prohibited and may result in eviction and/or prosecution.
TICKET OFFICE AND GAME DAY HOURS
The OSU Athletic Ticket Office, located in the brick building at the corner of Duck and Hall of Fame is open Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). For your convenience, the Ticket Offices in Boone Pickens Stadium are open each football game day starting three (3) hours prior to kick-off or 8:00 a.m., whichever is later. The ticket office will stay open through halftime. Contact the OSU Ticket Office (877-255-4678) for additional information.
TICKET OFFICE - WILL CALL
Will Call tickets (actual game ticket) are available for pick up at the southwest ticket windows (south side west end) of Boone Pickens Stadium. These ticket windows will be open beginning three (3) hours prior to kick-off or 8:00 a.m. whichever is later. Picture ID and credit card (if applicable) is required to pick up tickets in Will Call. Only the ticket holder may pick up tickets unless arrangements are made through the Ticket Office in advance.
TICKET PROBLEMS
If patrons have ticket problems prior to game day, they should visit the OSU Athletic Ticket Office located in the brick building on the corner of Duck and Hall of Fame. If a ticket holder forgets or misplaces his/her ticket(s) on game day, the patron is encouraged to go online to their Account Manager at okstate.evenue.net to manage their ticket and reprint. If patron cannot access their account at the stadium, they must go to the customer service/ticket sales windows on the north or south sides of Boone Pickens Stadium and obtain a ticket replacement unless arrangements are made through the Ticket Office. Only the actual ticket holder may request a ticket replacement. The original ticket barcode will be deactivated and will not be valid for admission.
TICKET TRANSFERS
Transfer of season tickets and the right to purchase these tickets in the future are at the discretion of the Athletic Department. Approval is considered by factors including, but not limited to, comparable giving history and case-by-case circumstances. Minimum POSSE point requirements, if applicable, must be met by the prospective transferee before a request form may be submitted. POSSE Priority points are not transferable.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS
Oklahoma State University is designated as a tobacco (including electronic cigarettes, vapor devices, etc.) free campus. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University Policy.
TRAFFIC CONTROL
OSUPD will be responsible for traffic control around the football stadium. OSUPD will coordinate with Stillwater Police Department for traffic control around the City of Stillwater.
TRASH
Trash receptacles for the disposal of trash and other items are placed throughout the campus and stadium. Please help keep the campus and the stadium clean by properly disposing your trash.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are not permitted in Boone Pickens Stadium.
UNIVERSITY STORE AT THE STADIUM
Officially licensed OSU merchandise is available for purchase at the University Store at the Stadium. The University Store at the Stadium is located on the south side of the stadium and the north side of the stadium. Unauthorized merchandise may not be sold in or around Boone Pickens Stadium.
VIDEO CAMERAS
Video cameras are not permitted in the stadium.
WATER
Water fountains are located by the elevators in the north, west, and south sides of the stadium. They are located on the concourse and upper concourse levels.
WEAPONS/FIREARMS
No weapons/firearms of any kind are permitted in Boone Pickens Stadium or Gallagher-Iba Arena.
WEATHER (LIGHTNING)
When lightning is detected within eight (8) miles of the stadium, the game will be suspended until further notice. The game will resume after thirty (30) minutes of no detected lightning strikes within an eight (8) mile radius of the stadium. There will be a short warm-up period for the teams following this thirty (30) minute suspension.
WEATHER (REFUGE AREAS)
In the event the game is suspended due to severe weather, please follow the instructions of event staff and public safety officials. You will be directed to areas of shelter.
WEATHER WARNINGS
The general public will be informed of severe weather conditions via the public address system and the stadium video board.
