The MSO ticket desk is located near the main entrance of Deakin Edge. This desk open for ticket collection and sales from 90 minutes before the start of each performance. Please note: the box office is cashless and only accepts credit or debit cards for in-person sales.

Car parking can be found in the Fed Square Car Park. Conveniently located on the Russel Street Extension and with a second entrance off Batman Ave, the Fed Square Car Park is safe, secure and provides quick and easy access to Fed Square, the MCG and sporting precinct, South Bank and Melbourne CBD and shopping districts.
Fed Square is on the corner of Swanston Street and Flinders Street, across from Flinders Street Station, and is easily accessible by tram, train or bike. For timetable information and trip planning visit PTV.

Deakin Edge has lift access and is wheelchair accessible. Arrangements can also be made to enter from the Fed Square Car Park.
Accessible toilets can be found in The Atrium, which is located next to the Deakin Edge.
Hearing loops and assistive listening devicesAssistive hearing devices are available for use in all seats at Deakin Edge. Closed loop hearing assistance devices, (neck loops and portable receivers) are available for loan free of charge, from the MSO ticket desk.
Access for audiences who are blind or have low visionSeating can be arranged to accommodate needs of concertgoers who are blind or have low vision. To book, please call the MSO Box Office on (03) 9929 9600.
Braille or raised-letter signage is used on key directional signage inside and outside the building.
Assistance animalsDue to limited space between seating rows, booking a wheelchair/scooter space next to a companion seat may provide more comfort for both patrons and animals, however this is not a requirement for bringing an assistance animal.
